How to take care of my knife?

• Study the care & use and safety instructions on the packaging before unpacking.
• Before use, wash your new knives with warm water, a proprietary washing-up liquid and a soft sponge or cloth. Dry thoroughly.
• To avoid damaging your Smeg knives, we recommend hand wash, do not to put them in a dishwasher.
• Be careful when using or cleaning the knife.
